REM South Shore : Train Wash Hall
Project Complete
Located at 8500 Boulevard de Rome in Brossard, the objective of this project is to install a new train inspection site (Train Scanner) inside the train wash station (Train Wash). The system enables the automatic inspection of rolling stock (trains or equipment).
As for the work inside the Train Wash, it included the construction of reinforced concrete recesses, the application of epoxy resin in the recess areas, the installation of the pantograph structure on the roof, the installation of all supplied equipment, as well as cable pulling and connection. Finally, fiber optic work was carried out, including the pulling of fiber optic cables, termination, and subsequent validation testing.
