Reconstruction project of a 3,760 m² elementary school, including 3 kindergarten classrooms, 14 elementary classrooms, a library, and a gymnasium. Construction of two main entrances on different façades. Landscaping and civil works. Mechanical system featuring geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. Building structure composed of a conventional steel frame. Exterior envelope made of brick, curtain walls, and aluminum panels.
