Mont-Tremblant Sports Center
Design-build of a 2,060 m², 2-storey sports complex adjacent to the Centre collegial de Mont-Tremblant, featuring a double gymnasium, 200-seat bleachers, changing rooms, equipment storage, a 70-person capacity multi-purpose hall, an atrium, a reception area, and offices, all serving both the Centre collegial de Mont-Tremblant and the public.
Safety was a key priority in this project, particularly in terms of access control and video surveillance, to ensure a high level of security for all users while managing access to the adjacent Centre collégial.
The building structure composed of glued-laminated timber framing and structural concrete. The project was coordinated in 3D with Revit, using a collaborative approach involving the entire design team and subcontractors.
