La Vieille Brasserie Wall

The work consisted of demolishing and rebuilding a retaining wall along Lake Saint-Louis on the la Vieille Brasserie site (90 linear m), supporting several existing trees and protecting existing vegetation. Design and installation of a 120m long and 2.5m high temporary cofferdam in Lake St-Louis. Installation of temporary supports (berlin wall) for infrastructures (wharf and hangars). Construction of a new cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall (90 linear m). Management of contaminated soil and treatment of pumped water. Implementation of environmental protection measures to protect wetlands, riparian areas, and flora in accordance with Ministry of the Environment standards (sediment barrier, turbidity curtain, settling basin, etc.).
