Construction of a new headquarters for the Terrebonne Intermunicipal Police Force, covering an area of 13,000 m², spread over 4 levels, aimed at bringing together 230 police officers and 25 civilian employees under one roof.

Construction of a new 13,000 m² intermunicipal police headquarters spread over four levels. The facility includes classrooms, interrogation rooms, an indoor shooting range, an assembly hall, holding cells, and a 9-1-1 emergency call center.

The mechanical system features geothermal wells to minimize energy costs. The building's mixed structure consists of a conventional steel frame and structural concrete.

The site includes a newly developed parking area with 110 outdoor spaces and 150 underground spaces.
