Perséides School
Construction of a new 5,700 m² elementary school, spread over two levels with a mezzanine. The facility includes 28 classrooms—4 kindergarten and 24 primary—along with a double gymnasium and learning spaces optimized for student success.
Designed using BIM, the building promotes energy efficiency through the use of geothermal systems, natural ventilation, and a fully electric power supply. The structure consists of a conventional steel frame and a concrete foundation supported by driven piles, ensuring long-term strength and durability.
The exterior layout includes a 75-space parking lot, designated drop-off zones for cars and buses, and a 3,600 m² playground.
