Hyundai Val-David

The project consists of the turnkey design and construction of a new 2,330 m² car dealership over two levels. Located in Val-David, in the Laurentides region, the building includes a spacious showroom for vehicle display, a fully equipped mechanical workshop, as well as several administrative offices.
The building’s structure is based on a conventional steel frame, providing strength and flexibility for interior layout. The mechanical system incorporates geothermal wells, a sustainable solution aimed at reducing long-term energy costs and minimizing the project’s environmental footprint.
The site also features outdoor development including a 7,100 m² parking lot, offering ample capacity for customers and inventory vehicles. The construction site poses a particular challenge due to its immediate proximity to a watercourse, requiring heightened attention to environmental measures and stormwater management throughout the works.
This design-build project benefited from an integrated, collaborative approach between the design, execution and customer teams, optimizing deadlines, costs and the quality of the final result.
