Acura Montreal Centre
Project Complete
Design and construction of the very first Acura car dealership built according to the new brand image, in a new-generation small-scale format. The 1,730 m² building spans three levels and replaces the former structure, which was demolished as part of the project. The facility includes a showroom, a mechanical workshop, a detailing shop, a conference room, a cafeteria, and several administrative offices. The building features a mixed structure composed of conventional steel framing and structural concrete. The site is fully developed, including a parking area.
The new dealership features a showroom with a capacity for seven vehicles, as well as adjacent sales offices. An indoor drive-through service area can accommodate two vehicles simultaneously. The mechanical workshop is equipped with seven workstations, complemented by four separate washing stations. The ground floor includes a customer lounge with an integrated kitchen and fireplace, providing a welcoming waiting area. Upstairs, the administrative offices include a staff locker room and a meeting room. A storage area in the basement is accessible via a freight elevator. Outside, the site is designed to accommodate a yard and parking for approximately 80 vehicles.
