Roles and responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and safety on the construction site;

• Operate lifts, skytracks, and other construction machinery;

• Manage stock and site inventory;

• Attend to the needs of employees, the foreman, and the superintendent;

• Handle the reception of deliveries and orders;

• Load and unload construction materials and place them in designated work areas;

• Assemble and dismantle various structures on construction sites (concrete formwork, scaffolding, walkways, etc.);

• Mix, pour, and spread materials (concrete, asphalt, etc.);

• Operate equipment (hammers, vibrators, pneumatic tampers, etc.) according to instructions;

• Assist skilled workers in carrying out their tasks;

• Help demolish buildings and sort, clean, and stack recovered materials;

• Direct traffic on the construction site.

Required skills

• Hold a valid CCQ card for their trade;

• Hold a valid ASP Construction card;

• Have several years of experience working on large-scale construction sites;

• Good proficiency in reading plans, diagrams, drawings, and sketches;

• Autonomous and resourceful;

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
