Project Manager - Multi-Housing and Building
The Project Manager in our Buildings Division is responsible for managing large-scale public building construction projects. He/she coordinates the team in place to create a dynamic and efficient work environment. He/she takes part in every stage of the work, ensures that deadlines are met and acts as a point of reference for the various parties involved.
Roles and responsibilities
Take charge of, plan, organize, and complete the large-scale construction projects assigned to you (calls for tenders, contractual agreements, contract and service monitoring, etc.);
Maintain fluid communication with the team, clients, subcontractors, and professionals;
Monitor budgets and prepare work progress reports;
Define and monitor schedules;
Proactively manage risks, contingencies, and contractual issues;
Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Required skills
University degree or college diploma in architecture or building engineering;
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a project manager;
Experience in the construction industry is an asset;
Ability to read plans and specifications;
Knowledge of the PROCORE computer system;
Be independent and proactive;
Teamwork skills;
Be organized;
Be versatile;
