Computer Technician

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• The Buyer effectively conducts and manages the division's purchasing and tendering of materials and subcontracted services. The incumbent is constantly looking for ways to reduce costs and meet quality requirements, while respecting departmental priorities.

• Manage the purchasing process for all construction sites;

• Place purchase orders with the various suppliers;

• Manage the production of purchase orders and the coordination of shipments for inputs;

• Develop new suppliers;

• Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with the various suppliers;

• Conduct development with new suppliers to obtain the best possible price;

• Participate in cost reduction processes;

• Ensure good relations with suppliers;

• Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS :

• DEC or AEC in procurement;

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role;

• Experience in the construction industry;

• Mastery of Office Suite;

• Proactive;

• Well-organized;

• Excellent teamwork skills.
